The Contractor will be patching and paving on 69th Street north of Timmons Drive on Monday, July 9th. The Contractor is waiting to finish patching and paving south of Timmons Drive until sump pumps stop running at a slower rate and until a determination if a storm sewer repair is needed at the intersection with Washington Avenue. This work is anticipated to be completed later in the week. These streets will be closed to traffic while paving occurs. Those affected residents have been notified. All work is weather dependent.
Work will begin on 70th Street between Colby Avenue and University Avenue starting Monday, July 9th. This segment will be milled, patched and a new surface placed. The roadway will be closed to thru traffic for the duration of the work. A marked detour will be in place for motorists to follow. All work is weather dependent.
