*phasing is dependent on winter weather conditions. The contractor will not begin stage 4 if forecasted temperatures would not allow paving operations to continue.

Stage 2: For the week of October 19th, the Contractor will finish storm sewer installation.  They are planning to begin road work at the end of the week of October 19th with anticipated street paving for the week of November 2nd.  All work is weather dependent.  Please remember to place garbage, recycling, and yard waste out at the end of your driveway by 5 PM Thursday for the Contractor to pick up.   Pickup times are different for each item, so they may not be returned at the same time.

Stage 4:   Due to work on University Avenue, Stage 4 will be started before Stage 3 due to access issues.  Work on Stage 4 is anticipated to begin the week of November 9th.   The Contractor will be putting out door hangers closer to the start date to inform property owners of the start date.   As a reminder, please remove any items located within the street right-of-way (10-12 feet from the back of the curb) that you want to be salvaged.  This work is weather dependent.

If you experience problems or have any questions or concerns specific to your water, please contact the DMWW Project Manager, Carla Schumacher, at 515-323-6227 (office) or cschumacher@dmww.com.

There are public information forums held by Zoom at 2 PM on Friday afternoons for each project as well: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89327380827?pwd=VGI3M1VJRjYzdFRmT3c0VHBURTF6dz09
