BUILD (RAISE) Windsor Heights - 73rd Street Multimodal Connector Project
The City Of Windsor Heights plans to reconstruct and add additional storm water capacity on 73rd St. between University Ave and Hickman Rd. in 2024-2025. The City also submitted a Federal RAISE Grant application in 2023-2024 and is preparing to resubmit for the grant again in 2025 to reconstruct and add walking paths on 73rd St. south of University Ave. Below is information on the 73rd St. south of University project which is currently an unscheduled priority in the City's Capital Improvements Plan.
