This is the only way the website will allow payments to be made - software restriction. That said, what it does allow you to do is create a record of your transaction. When you create an account you will have a "My Account" page that will keep track of and display your purchase history. This is important to show proof of payment. The easiest way to create an account is to use the, create with ’Facebook’ option. Creating an account with the "New Account" option will require you to validate your account creation by email and then creating a password in the next browser window. You will only have to create an account once per email.

The early warning alarm system sirens are tested on the first Saturday of each month at about 12:00 noon unless severe weather is imminent.

The City has curfews for certain public places, such as parks. The parks are open daily sunrise to sunset.
The Windsor Trail is available for 24-hour usage.

The Police Department offers fingerprinting services Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm, or by appointment, at the Public Safety Building located at 1133 66th Street. This excludes city holidays.

Sec. 40.05.07 of the City Code makes it unlawful for any person to discharge (shoot) any rifles, shotguns, revolvers, pistols, guns, air guns, BB guns, or firearms of any kind within the City limits except by authorization of the Council. This includes any air gun, including handguns, capable of propelling a pellet or other projectile from the barrel of such gun by non-explosive means, such as compressed air, CO2, or other gas.

You should adhere to the following laws:
Children must ride in an appropriate rear-facing safety seat until one year of age and at least 20 pounds.
Children must ride in a child safety seat or booster seat through the age of 5. (Seats must be used in accordance with manufacturer’s directions.)
Children must be in a booster seat or seat belt between the ages of 6 and 11, regardless of their seating position within a vehicle.
Rear seat occupants up to age 18 must be secured by a safety belt.
